DreamCrew is a community project for finding collaborators and building things together. We keep data use simple and do not sell personal information.
What We Collect
- Account basics from OAuth providers: name, email address, and profile photo.
- Profile data you add in DreamCrew: bio, location, portfolio links, and headshot uploads.
- Project and collaboration content you submit inside the app.
How We Use Data
- To create and maintain your account.
- To show your profile and portfolio to other signed-in users.
- To support project posting, collaboration, and matching.
- To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
Third-Party Services
DreamCrew supports Google and Facebook login. When you sign in with those providers, they share basic identity information according to your settings with them.
Uploaded media may be stored in DigitalOcean Spaces (object storage) so your profile and project content can be served reliably.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run ad targeting on your profile data.
- We do not hold, process, or distribute funds.
- DreamCrew is not a marketplace and does not enforce private profit-share agreements.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep account and project data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. If you want your account removed, contact us and we will delete your account data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for security or legal reasons.
